New login page

  • New audit report showing administrative logons in the system
  • OCS-Supervisor privileges are changing the name to System Owner privileges. System Administrator privileges are extended

  • Employees' selected currency is showing in the Employee Payroll window
  • A report showing employees' day balance calculated when starting new activity ahead of time
  • Improved functionality and stability when importing payroll transactions

  • Standard UK address format can be selected when registering employee information

Competence module

  • Improved integration between OCS HR and Trainingportal
  • Auto-enrolment to training courses when personnel get a new position and/or role
