Registration for the event starts at 8:30 CET with the 'Welcome' session starting at 9:00 CET.
The conference will be split across three areas of presentations, workshops and system demos as well as an exhibition from our training partner network.

In the Development road maps sessions, we review the improvements we have implemented over the last 12 months, share usage insights and user feedback and discuss the future development plans for the next 12 months and beyond.
Knowledge-share workshops with our technical experts are designed for maximum interaction and allow open discussion and knowledge-sharing amongst attendees. The Workshops have an overall product-related theme, but there is an opportunity to both post and vote on questions via our question feed prior to and during the event.

How much does it cost to attend?

For partners, there are two pricing options for exhibiting in the common area at the hotel: The small stand (2x3m) package is NOK 6,000 including VAT and a large stand (3x6m) is NOK 7,000. How many people will be attending?
The previous System User Forum was hosted in Bergen and Stavanger in 2019 and had 137 in attendance. We are estimating over 100 attendees in 2022.
Will the sessions be recorded?
The morning presentations in the main 'MUSIC' room will be live-streamed to another Mintra venue in Limassol.
How can I see the presentations?
Following the event, we will email all attendees with links to the presentations on mintra.com.
