Spinnaker Maritime People & Culture Conference 2025

Mintra is excited to be sponsoring an award and presenting at this year's Spinnaker Maritime People & Culture Conference in London.

On the 14th and 15th of May at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London, Spinnaker is one of the largest annual gatherings of maritime HR & crewing professionals. It is an excellent opportunity to network with senior leaders from the maritime industry, participate in informative sessions delivered by industry-renowned speakers and discuss the current issues facing HR, crewing and leadership teams.

This event has become an annual ‘must-attend’ for shipping HR and crewing professionals worldwide, many of whom have been attending for over 10 years.

In 2025, Mintra is sponsoring the Learning & Development HR award as well as presenting and participating in a panel discussion.

Erle Kristin Wagle, Mintra's Director of Maritime Strategy and Business Development, will present on 'Closing the competence gaps in an increasingly complex maritime industry' before sharing her knowledge and experience in the panel session 'Are we doing enough to keep our Seafarers physically and mentally safe?'

Erle will join a panel of maritime experts, including; Connor Hunter from Securewest and Fran Collins, CEO of Red Funnel Group.
