Working remotely within the Customer Service Centre, the Product Consultant will be responsible for assisting our customers in onboarding and configuring the Trainingportal software solution. Ideally you will be based in or around the Aberdeen area as travel for face to face meetings with clients will be required. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs from the system, implement this in the most effective way, provide training and have regular follow ups until successful delivery. You will also work closely with other areas of the company to assist with department specific requests such as course deployments and updates and licence queries.
The responsibilities of the Product Consultant include:
Facilitate customer onboarding with training and guidance on the Trainingportal platform
Manage license administration and renewal of licenses
Implement course deployments
Manage portal deployment and configuration
Import and manage customer data
Conduct engaging and informative customer demos and training of the Trainingportal platform
Generate reports and provide insights
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
