Important information
OCS HR has been compatible with Oracle 19c version since v24.03. From December release 2020 OCS HR cannot guarantee full functionality for Oracle versions older than 18c. Please contact our service centre if you need assistance in upgrading your Oracle database to a newer version.
Apple has recently released iOS 14.0.1. We have unfortunately found that the changes made in this latest iOS version can prohibit users from correctly setting the date on travel expenses. We have implemented a fix for this, however, due to mandatory App Store validation, it will take at least two weeks before the update is available to users. If your users are reliant on the Travel Expense App, Mintra recommends that they do not upgrade their iOS devices to 14.0.1 until the updated Travel Expense App is available. For users that have upgraded their iOS device, Mintra recommends accessing SelfService via the web browser on their smartphone. Giving the user full access to do the travel expense reports on their mobile device, and at the same time provide access to all other SelfService functionality. You can see a user guide here.
Please also read the release notes for further information.
