Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Mintra Holding AS (the "Company") published earlier today regarding the request from RCAF E-Learning Sàrl of an extraordinary general meeting to be held to change the board composition.
The extraordinary general meeting in the Company will be held on Wednesday 16 March 2022 at 10:00 Oslo time. The Board of Directors has resolved that the Extraordinary General Meeting will be arranged virtually, see further details on how to participate virtually in the attached notice documentation.
