About the job:
The Technical Application Specialist`s focus will be regarding system integration, database reporting, extracting data and migration from Oracle / Sybase, creating processes, fixing jobs in OCS HR / Oracle, understanding the HR rules and notifications in our systems. This role will be a link between the technology and development teams, and part of different project teams delivering our services to the customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Data conversion / migration / mapping
Customer contact, support/advisory to customers
Provide technical support to customers
Support Mintra Group`s own software product development and testing
Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and opportunities
Participate in large and small delivery projects with technical deliveries such as data migration, system integration, installation
Initiate and follow up continuous improvement
Participate in exciting transformation processes as a consultant in migration, installation, and maintenance of customers' databases on premises or in the cloud.
Participate in project work with our customers, where you are a participant or manager of e.g., a lift and shift to the cloud or an upgrade.
We`d like you to have:
Minimum 4 years college education in IT / Technology (bachelor's degree)
Worked with life cycle management, automation, and scripting
Knowledge related to ITIL, GDPR, SOC, ISO 27001 will be an advantage
AWS or Azure certifications will be an advantage
We can’t live without:
Technical operating experience with various database platforms (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL)
Experience with Oracle Development (PLSQL) and operations (DBA)
Minimum 5 years of IT management experience (application management or infrastructure)
Experience with AWS or other cloud computing services
Experience with database communications and replications
