Have you been working with classroom training in the Oil and Energy and/or shipping industry for a while, with traditional classroom training, and would like to work with the future of safety training?
Mintra is a leading digital learning provider in the North Sea and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for account development and account management with the objective of maximising revenue from existing clients and gaining new clients from identified markets (Hunter and Farmer).
Your responsibilities will include:
To manage the commercial relationship with existing and new clients
Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities
Achieving pre-determined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Working with all other department of the business as relevant to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving enough activity to deliver on budget, which includes number of meetings per week, pipeline and revenue
The Business Development Manager must also understand the industry, and how our training and HR solutions are positioned in the market
