Mintra’s Innovation Director, Valentinos Steliou, will be taking the stage to present on "Enabling Seafarers for the Energy Transition". Valentinos will delve into the skills and competence our seafarers need to thrive, and explore how proactive we are in preparing maritime crews to navigate the energy transition and stay ahead in an ever-changing landscape. Following the acquisition of Safebridge GmbH in 2021, Valentinos was appointed as an Innovation Director for Mintra and the Managing Director of its Cyprus Entity, leading the company’s Crew Management software. Valentinos has a diverse background in business development, product development, project management, and finance, supporting the operations and strategic positioning of organisations for over 20 years. With great experience and a successful track record in strategy design, product release and positioning principles within the maritime industry, he is paving the future of the product successfully supporting the company’s operations. Before joining Safebridge in 2016, Valentinos provided Strategic Consultation services and held senior management positions in the construction and automotive industries
