Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Project Manager and Instructional Designer to join our international product team, responsible for making our products “fly-off the shelf”. This is a temporary position for a fixed term of 12 months which can be based remotely or in any of our offices across Norway in Bergen, Oslo and Stavanger, Aberdeen in the UK or in our Limassol office in Cyprus.

About the job:

Our Project Manager and Instructional Designers are responsible for writing high quality digital learning content in line with relevant learning standards and industry best practice. You will be part of a highly motivated team where you will work with colleagues and clients to create innovative learning solutions for a global industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and designing engaging high-quality digital learning content
  • Liaising and ensuring ongoing communication with clients to ensure up to date information, feedback and approvals, acting as the primary contact from project initiation to completion
  • Assist in the development of design specifications (if required) with the Sales, Content and Product teams to ensure that all proposals are created in a way that ensures efficiency for the client and are technically feasible within the proposed budget
  • Developing challenging and interactive assessments in line with client requirements and digital learning standards
  • Regularly liaising with clients and travelling to sites as and when required
  • Guiding, supporting and advising clients on the benefits and implications of all proposed methods in line with SCORM and digital learning best practice
  • Managing project development throughout to ensure that it meets design requirements, budgets and client development schedules
  • Ensuring that all content is produced in accordance with company QA policies and procedures
  • Organising and participating in client product reviews
  • Managing third party supplier / Subject Matter Expert relationships

We`d like you to have:

  • An understanding of training principles and different pedagogical approaches
  • Digital learning/teaching experience/qualification, or
  • Renewable energy knowledge/experience
  • Sound commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a company successful
