The main activities of the Commercial Product Manager include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities: Identifying market trends and new revenue streams and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
Forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis: Analysing financial data to forecast revenue and create budgets and using that data to make strategic decisions.
Leading the bid process: Developing and leading the bid process for new business, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Responsibility for agreements and customer SLAs: Managing and maintaining customer agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring that the company is meeting its obligations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Building and executing go-to-market strategies: Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on market trends: Having the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and create compelling value propositions to drive sales.
We`d like you to have:
5+ years of commercial experience particularly relating to bids and proposals
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of developing and winning product bids and proposals
Strategic thinker with a passion for sales and marketing
Familiarity with the energy and maritime industries beneficial

Ability to Identify market trends and new revenue streams and develop strategies to capitalise on them
Experience in the digital learning industry from a product management or commercial perspective.
Strong financial data analytic understanding, to forecast revenue and create budgets and using that data to make strategic decisions.
