Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our International Marketing team. Working across our social media channels, online events, and websites, the role will involve creating and scheduling engaging content about Mintra, our people, products, and services. This is a permanent position based in our Limassol office in Cyprus.

About the job:

The role supports our Digital Marketing Manager and online growth strategy by developing Mintra’s social media channels and followers, creating engaging SEO content for our websites, and facilitating company webinars and online events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media

  • Identifying topics and themes to create engaging social media content
  • Create a monthly release schedule for social media channels
  • Promote online events, creating invites and processing registrations
  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Report on channel activity levels and growth metrics


  • Support online customers through the eCommerce process using live chat
  • Create and upload new and engaging SEO content to the website
  • Continuously review and improve website content in line with the latest company, product, and service information
  • Identify new advertising opportunities
  • Review and adjust PPC advertising in line with spend parameters
  • Execute email user journeys for different target audiences

Online events

  • Maintain the company online events schedule, including product release webinars, workshops, and panel interviews
  • Work with the Product & Innovation teams to schedule event invitations, registration, access, and feedback emails.
  • Create post-event surveys and reporting on attendee feedback

We`d like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related area
  • Portfolio demonstrating abilities across social media, events, and web design
  • Experience in creating and delivering briefs to quality outputs, within timescales and budgets
  • Experience in working with design and technical teams, commercial environments, and revenue KPIs
  • Proven track record of working to timescales and on a fast turnaround basis
  • Experienced with Google Analytics and reporting ROI metrics
  • A digital all-rounder with experience in SEO, PPC, Social media channels
  • Strong English writing, presentation, and speaking skills
  • Evident of strong organisational skills, methodical and with an analytical focus
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Some knowledge of the maritime industry preferable
