Mintra has great pleasure in announcing that on the 10th of December 2020 we were approved as an STCW training provider by the Norwegian Maritime Authority
(NMA).
STCW (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) for Seafarers is a key IMO (International Maritime Organisation)
convention and an internationally recognised standard in the maritime industry.
Together with our DNVGL-ST-0029 Maritime Provider approval, this demonstrates Mintra's ongoing commitment to providing our maritime customers with the highest standards in online training.
Mintra can issue STCW certificates approved by the NMA on behalf of the IMO for the following courses:
o On-board Assessor according to IMO model course 1.30, STCW rule 1/6 and section A-1/6
o Ship Security for crew with designated duties, STCW rule VI / 6, table A-VI / 6-2
o Ship Security awareness, STCW rule VI / 6, table A-VI / 6-1
o Ship Security Officer (SSO), STCW rule VI / 5, table A-VI / 5
o Norwegian maritime regulations, STCW rule 1 / 10.2
o Crowd & Crisis Management course STCW-95, table A-V/2 and A-V/3 (submitted to NMA for approval)
