Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Digital Learning Designer to join our international product team, responsible for making our products “fly-off the shelf”. This is a permanent position which can be based remotely or in any of our offices across Norway in Bergen, Oslo and Stavanger, Aberdeen in the UK or in our Limassol office in Cyprus.

About the job:

Our Digital Learning Designers are responsible for the design and development of creative and robust digital learning content, using a wide range of innovative solutions. You will be part of a global team where you will be working with colleagues and customers to create, publish, edit and maintain digital learning content. You will support the wider international team’s activity on a day to day basis including fixes and changes, budgets and reporting as well as general user queries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high quality digital learning content using various eLearning authoring tools, in combination with digital design applications
  • To work within agreed internal budget constraints and to client agreed deadlines
  • To produce, edit, code and publish digital eLearning content, in collaboration with other departments, for use online or other devices

We`d like you to have:

Suitable candidates should have a graphical design background and possess relevant digital media skills.

The role requires a high level of skill with various software packages including, but not limited to:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Animate
  • eLearning software (experience with Storyline preferred)

It would also be beneficial, but not essential, for you to have experience of:

  • Video, motion graphics, and audio editing software
  • 3D modelling and animation

It would be advantageous for you to have experience working in the design industry and specifically the digital learning industry. Fluency in Norwegian is a bonus.
