Mintra secures NOK 3.9m contract for OCS HR

Digital learning and human capital management specialist Mintra has secured a NOK 3.9 million contract with a leading offshore service group. The contract will lead to a major upgrade of Mintra's industry-leading complete crew management system, OCS HR.

This contract will also boost annual recurring revenues by NOK 0.8 million and continue a 26-year relationship with Mintra as a prime supplier of human capital management systems.

The agreement will involve Mintra developing several additional modules for the OCS HR platform. These will support generic human resources activities such as development and succession planning, compensation and benefits, and onboarding and offboarding and will be available to Mintra's other clients when complete.

As such, this contract represents an opportunity for Mintra to drive additional revenues from the OCS HR platform. We expect that one or more modules will benefit most of the large and medium-sized operators currently on the OCS HR client list.
