About the job:
The consulting department in Mintra is responsible for consulting activities, implementation, project management and technical assistance related to the OCS HR system. We have several exciting projects ahead of us and are therefore looking for skilled individuals who ideally have expertise in the areas of Payroll and HR. The person we are looking for will be part of a delivery team that will share expertise to improve customers' processes.
The role will ideally be located in Bergen, however for the right candidate there may be flexibility on location. Occasional travel may also be required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Act as domain expert in larger and smaller delivery projects
Understand and document customer requirements and business objectives
Work out solution descriptions for project deliveries
Provide best practice advice to customers
Present training sessions related to the assigned program
Design and configure system setup and workflows to customers using Mintra Group’s solutions
Responsible for customer contact, support and deliver consulting services to national and international customers
Contribute to continuously improve delivery methodology and services
Work collaboratively in cross functional teams
Test new application releases, document test and results, and work with developers/Products Managers to describe error scenarios
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers
Customer satisfaction
Review product information including manuals and brochures for domain accuracy
Participate in BID processes (response to RFI’s, scoping, estimate scope of work)
We`d like you to have:
Proven 2-3 years working experience within Payroll (work experience may compensate for lack of formal education/degree)
Consulting experience is desirable
Experience and knowledge in Oil & Gas or Maritime industries is desirable
Experience using Microsoft Windows products
Well versed in systems, process improvement and workflow
Competence & skills requirements:
Bachelor Degrees related to subject or Computer Science or similar
