On November 18th and December 1st, 2020, Mintra hosts our annual system user forums for our customers to share their knowledge and experience of our systems. Attendees gained insights from our technical experts and industry peers on how to better utilise your system.  Facilitated workshops provide an environment for our experienced users to share their knowledge and help steer the development of these systems for the benefit of all.

We have listened to your feedback and have transformed the agenda to focus on real-world examples of system usage and interactive workshops.

Our Case Study Systems Demos are presented by both customers and our technical experts. They focus on real-world scenarios and provide step by step walkthroughs of how our systems are utilised.

In the Development Road Maps sessions, we review the changes we have implemented over the last 12 months, share usage insights and user feedback and discuss the future development plans for the next 12 months and beyond.

Each day includes two Knowledge Share Workshops with our technical experts. These sessions are designed for maximum interaction and allow open discussion and sharing of knowledge amongst attendees. The Workshops have an overall product-related theme, but there is an opportunity to both post and vote on questions via our question feed prior to and during the event.

Do I need to pay for anything?
No, the event is completely free of charge.

Do I need any specific software or hardware?
For the best possible experience, we recommend downloading and installing the Zoom software ( on your preferred device. A broadband internet connection is required and ideally a webcam and microphone if you wish to engage in the group discussions.

How do I attend?
Select 'AGENDA & REGISTRATION' to see the full event agenda and then 'REGISTER FOR EVENT' to choose which days you wish to attend and complete the registration form. We will send you an email to confirm your booking.

How do I access the sessions?
We will email you a Zoom meeting invite before the event. We recommend that you take note of the different sessions you wish to attend and you can use the Zoom meeting link to join and leave during the day.

Can I remain anonymous?
Yes, you will have the option to identify yourself or stay anonymous during the event.

Can anyone access the event?
The event is designed for existing system users and potential new clients. The registration process controls attendee selection.

Will the sessions be recorded?
All sessions will be recorded but only the presentations will be made publicly accessible following the event.

How can I see the recorded sessions?
Following the event, we send out an email to all attendees with links to the presentations.
