Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Learning Platform team. You will focus on creating clear, accessible, and engaging user experiences across our learning and competence management system, making complex workflows feel simple for learners and administrators alike. This is a permanent, full time position and can be based near any Mintra office location.

About the job:
As our Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for the overall user experience and satisfaction across Mintra’s product portfolio. You will turn user insights, product strategy and industry trends into intuitive and engaging designs that delight our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining strong product understanding
• Developing a deep understanding of customer experience and identifying UX improvements
• Designing, following and implementing user‑centric design processes
• Creating, enhancing, and optimising user experiences in collaboration with teams
• Monitoring market and industry UX/UI trends
• Gathering insights on industry trends and competition
• Executing and maintaining product processes
• Translating product strategies into requirements and prototypes
• Supporting roadmap implementation
• Participating in customer visits to collect feedback
• Producing functional and non‑functional documentation
• Participating in planning and status meetings
We'd like you to have:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Media Engineering, Web Design or equivalent
• Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure or InVision
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation
• Willingness to travel occasionally
