E&P operator awards NOK 2.2 million elearning contract to Mintra

22 / 03 / 2022
Mintra, a leading digital learning and human capital management software provider to safety-critical industries, has signed a two-year NOK 2.2 million contract to provide elearning to a European-headquartered E&P company.

The agreement provides the operator - a long-standing Mintra client - with access to the entire online course library. The award-winning portfolio comprises over 2,300 technical and compliance titles and will be available to the client's workforce both on and offshore.

Mintra CEO Kevin Short said: "This agreement is a further sign that workforce numbers in the offshore sector are returning to more normalised pre-pandemic levels.

"The energy sector is a highly regulated industry where the safety of people, assets and the environment is paramount. Operators take their responsibilities in relation to workforce competence and compliance extremely seriously:
workforce training is therefore essential rather than just desirable."
