OCS HR is one of the most comprehensive crew management solutions on the market. With a 30-year pedigree in the maritime industry, OCS HR supports the operation of more than 1,800 vessels worldwide and helps to control and automate complex HR tasks within the sector.

The system is constantly evolving, and we are looking for talented individuals to write the next chapter of its success story. To support these exciting new developments, we are expanding the team with a number of new roles, including a Business Analyst.

About the job:

This role will particularly focus on our human capital management (HCM) systems. Working closely with our Group Innovation Director, you will be responsible for specifying how to build and support what the stakeholders are requesting on behalf of customers and the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate business strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Develop training materials required by sales and deployment teams
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

  • Speak, read and write English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
