Mintra has partnered with Maritime inspection specialist Navguide Solutions to bring to the maritime sector a live webinar advising providers on how to sidestep the common pitfalls of business-critical maritime inspections.
The webinar will discuss the technologies and tools available for the sector to limit operational disruptions from maritime inspections and will focus on SIRE 2.0, RightShip as well as Port State Control Inspections.

Capt. He is also a Member of the Nautical Institute (AFNI), the Association of Master Mariners and the Company of Master Mariners of India (CMMI).
Capt. Robert Shane Vaz, Chief Operating Officer, Navguide Solutions, is an ex-Marine Safety and Quality Superintendent and DPA, Marine Auditor and Inspector (both physical and remote) with experience in conducting over 250 inspections and reviewing over 1000 inspection reports. Maritime Trainer since 2011 with leading companies, eLearning Instructional Designer, and member of the Company of Master Mariners of India (CMMI).
Torbjørg Undem, Marketplace Manager, Mintra, has over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry, from heading a busy maritime HR team to working as a Crew Manager for global operators. She is experienced in seafarer knowledge, competence and skills as well as vetting processes, Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) audits, audits by Oil Majors. Torbjørg has overseen the delivery of Mintra’s Partner Program of 70 companies since 2018.
Paul Munro, Innovation Director, Mintra, has 17 years of experience of working with and delivering innovative learning solutions and digital training for the maritime sector.
