About the job:
The Paralegal will play a key role in enabling efficient contract execution and supporting the Legal Director and wider business. This includes ensuring strong organisation, visibility, and control over the contracting process, coordinating approvals and signatures, assisting with corporate administration, and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Management & Administration
Maintain and update contract repositories (e.g. House of Control)
Ensure all agreements are properly stored, version controlled, and accessible
