Mintra’s Global HR Manager Amy Reid has been appointed to the Scottish HR Leadership Group’s (SHRLG) Operating Board to support the development of the HR community in Scotland.
Mintra’s Amy Reid was appointed to the role following a rigorous interview process lead by the former Aegon UK HR Director Gill Scott and Jaclyn Needham, Director FWB Park Brown.
“It is an honour to be appointed by the SHRLG and receive the endorsement of some of the most-respected professionals in the industry. I am excited for the future of the SHRLG and passionate about the organisation’s role in unlocking the full potential of the talent HR professionals possess regionally,” said Amy Reid, Global HR Manager, Mintra.
The SHRLG, established in 2018, seeks to develop the HR community in Scotland and brings together prominent industry leaders. The organisation’s Operating Board supports the Board in bringing to fruition strategic campaigns for the expansion and development of the network.
“It’s clear that we have brought together a fantastic group of high potential HR leaders who will work together to establish what is important to the HR community in Scotland and work together to address the most important issues. I look forward to working with them and seeing them contribute and grow through this experience,” SHRLG Chair, Rosemary McGinness.
This nomination comes as recognition of Mintra’s large-scale collaboration with BSM to deliver digital training to their 20,000+ seafarers.
