Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Advisor to join our Service Centre team. If you enjoy troubleshooting and advising clients on tech solutions this could be for you! The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Norwegian/Swedish. Our products are supported online and the candidate will receive equipment to work remotely.
As part of the Service Centre team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in their use of Mintra software solutions by troubleshooting and advising. Working closely with our system development and consultancy teams, you will be part of our global service team responsible for supporting customers in the successful use of our systems and software. The role will be fulltime and can be based anywhere in the UK. Please note that we are looking for someone who can speak and read Norwegian or Swedish in addition to English.
Ensuring that customers receive excellent (prompt and efficient) customer service for any issue reported
Monitoring ticketing system for incoming requests
Escalating requests where applicable
Identifying priorities and new opportunities for system development
Contributing author of online documentation and guidance for customers
