• Describe the International Labour Organisation’s definition of Sexual harassment

• Define corruption and describe the usual forms of bribery

• Identify instances of discrimination in employment

• Recognise any instance of bullying in the workplace

• Identify the distinct types of intellectual property and the laws under which they are protected

• Explain how diverse types of complaints should be handled
