Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 70%.
Learning Objectives
• Recognise the term ‘corrosion’ and how it affects vessels
• Recall the components of corrosion and where these originate in the maritime environment
• Identify how corrosion affects parts of the vessel and its machinery
• Analyse corrosion prevention and control methods used onboard
