Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.

• Explain what is meant by an explosive atmosphere
• Give an overview of the DSEAR
• Identify where explosive atmospheres are commonly found
• Identify key DSEAR requirements
• Explain the DSEAR requirements for classifying hazardous areas

• Explain the DSEAR requirements for identifying hazardous areas
• Explain the DSEAR requirements for anti-static clothing
• Explain the DSEAR requirements for verifying overall explosion safety
• Give an overview of the ATEX directives for the supply of equipment and protective systems
Assessment
Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.
