Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 70%.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the purpose of and regulations governing Emergency Towing Systems (ETS)
- Describe the key components of a fore and aft ETS
- Describe typical deployment procedures and critical safety aspects that must be considered during deployment
- Explain the importance of carrying out regular training and drills
- Give a basic overview of the inspection and maintenance requirements of the ETS
Assessment
Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 70%.
