Tuesday Pre-Event Dinner 10/09/2024 - 18:30 CET
Join the Mintra team for a three-course dinner in the hotel restaurant the evening before the event. Ticket options including the pre-event dinner are available when you purchase tickets now.
Wednesday 11/09/24 - 09:00 - 16:00 CET
Registration will be open from 08:00 CET with 'Healthy and Sweet' refreshments provided before the 'Welcome' session at 09:00 CET in 'THE MUSIC' main hall. The conference will be split across two main areas - presentations in 'THE MUSIC' main hall and workshops in 'FEEL'.
There will be refreshments and breaks throughout the day and a buffet lunch will be served from 11:30 CET until 12:30 CET. The final session of the conference will conclude at 16:00 CET.

Event Facilitator
Sue Terpilowski FCILT, OBE regularly appears in the media talking about key issues for the maritime, ports and logistics sectors. Sue is a chair, speaker and facilitator at maritime and logistics conferences worldwide, including Westminster Business, Digital Ship, Shipping 2030, Global Shipping Forum, Intermodal, Multimodal and Waterfront Ports Conferences.
Founder and Managing Director of Image Line Communications, Sue is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and is the Chair of CILT’s Public Policy Committee and the Vice-Chair of their Ports, Maritime and Waterways Sector Group. Sue holds several senior positions including the Co-Chair of Maritime UK’s Diversity Group and Chair of their Women’s Task Group as well as President of WISTA UK.
Sue has a diploma in Business Coaching and is one of only 200 LAB Profilers (Language & Behaviour) in the UK and is an FCIM (fellow Chartered Institute of Marketing). Sue was awarded the OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2014 for her work and lobbying on behalf of micro and small businesses in London.
Mintra's technical experts will present case study systems demos focussing on real-world scenarios and provide step-by-step walkthroughs of how our systems are best utilised.
In the development road maps sessions, we review the improvements we have implemented over the last 12 months, share usage insights and user feedback and discuss future development plans.
Knowledge-share workshops with our technical experts are designed for maximum interaction and allow open discussion and knowledge-sharing amongst attendees. The Workshops have an overall product-related theme, but there is an opportunity to post and vote on questions via our question feed before and during the event.

What are the payment options?
You can register and purchase online with a card payment. A VAT receipt will be emailed following payment. If you prefer to pay by invoice you can 'Purchase tickets now' and select 'Invoice' during the payment process and you will be sent an invoice with a seven-day payment term.
