Tuesday Pre-Event Dinner 10/09/2024 - 18:30 CET

Join the Mintra team for a three-course dinner in the hotel restaurant the evening before the event. Ticket options including the pre-event dinner are available when you purchase tickets now.

Wednesday 11/09/24 - 09:00 - 16:00 CET

Registration will be open from 08:00 CET with 'Healthy and Sweet' refreshments provided before the 'Welcome' session at 09:00 CET in 'THE MUSIC' main hall. The conference will be split across two main areas - presentations in 'THE MUSIC' main hall and workshops in 'FEEL'.

There will be refreshments and breaks throughout the day and a buffet lunch will be served from 11:30 CET until 12:30 CET. The final session of the conference will conclude at 16:00 CET.

Mintra's technical experts will present case study systems demos focussing on real-world scenarios and provide step-by-step walkthroughs of how our systems are best utilised.

In the development road maps sessions, we review the improvements we have implemented over the last 12 months, share usage insights and user feedback and discuss future development plans.

Knowledge-share workshops with our technical experts are designed for maximum interaction and allow open discussion and knowledge-sharing amongst attendees. The Workshops have an overall product-related theme, but there is an opportunity to post and vote on questions via our question feed before and during the event.

  • What are the payment options?

    You can register and purchase online with a card payment. A VAT receipt will be emailed following payment. If you prefer to pay by invoice you can 'Purchase tickets now' and select 'Invoice' during the payment process and you will be sent an invoice with a seven-day payment term.

  • How many people will be attending?

    Last year's 2023 System User Forum welcomed over 130 attendees representing 50 organisations from across Norway and beyond. Delegates comprised managers from HR & Crewing, Payroll & Accounting and Training & Competence.

  • Will the sessions be recorded?

    Presentations in 'THE MUSIC' main hall will be recorded. Following the event, we will email all attendees links to the presentations and video recordings on mintra.com.
