Implementation Services
Make your success a certainty from day one with the Mintra implementation services. Our highly skilled experts can help you to successfully implement projects within a short timeframe while focusing on your long term goals. We can also assist your company in rolling out the system, providing a complete launch strategy, all necessary information, graphic materials, etc.
Configuration and software setup are included in the implementation services, and our consultants arrange workshops during the configuration phase in order to guide and train superusers. Our goal is to ensure that the superusers have the skills and expertise necessary to take ownership of the configuration of their database, and are able to utilise all of our solution’s features.
Project Management
A successful implementation requires skilled project management. Mintra holds knowledge and experience in the all-important areas of methodology, implementation, communication, and quality management. Our Project Managers hold PMI and Prince2 certificates.
Training
Get the most from the systems by training your employees. We can offer different solutions, such as classroom (standard and/or blended), workshops, eLearning, webinar and telephone/video support. Our consultants run tailor made training sessions that provide your employees with all the relevant information and useful tools they need to start using the system.
Installation
We offer all our clients installation services. Installations are usually performed online and the service guarantees a secure and correct installation of the complete application suite.
Data Migration and Integration
We can assist in moving historical data from one system and into the new Mintra system during the implementation phase. Semi-automatic cleaning of old data can also be provided if needed.
