Kuiper Group underpins rapid expansion with OCS HR & Payroll

Kuiper Group, a global provider of human resource and recruitment solutions to the energy industry, has increased collaboration across its global teams, accelerated deployment and saved hundreds of hours of manual labour with Mintra’s OCS HR personnel and payroll management technology.

Kuiper Group supports the global operations of over 2,500 crew in locations ranging from the Middle East to New Zealand. The organisation experienced one of its greatest challenges to date during the pandemic and at a critical time of fast growth and expansion for the company.

It was essential for Kuiper Group to simplify and align people management, competence and payroll within a dynamic technology which would support fast deployment across the organisation. The solution had to be easy to use and accessible for a large workforce, from crew to managers and accounting teams.

Kuiper Group needed to find a provider who would not only meet organisational requirements but also those of its workforce. The crewing provider was already aware

In India, an overwhelming majority of employees did not have access to any devices to work from. Before any implementation could commence, the company had to procure equipment and support individuals in getting connected at their homes.
