What to expect
As we leave the era of traditional learning in the past, L&D and HR leaders across all industries are looking for new ways to attract and develop their teams. As experts in learning, we believe that XR and all the pillars it encompasses can help decision makers in addressing key operational areas, such as recruitment, development, training, and many more.
In just a few years, Extended Reality (XR) has evolved into a crucial enabler for L&D, our Innovation Director, Daniel Lever, will explore the transformative capabilities of XR learning technologies and their impact on the learning landscape. Through use cases, he will illustrate how XR learning is revolutionizing training in different sectors and how these different approaches can enhance engagement, understanding and learning retention to fundamentally change the learning experience.
Daniel will also address some of the challenges he has encountered including technical, logistical, and financial hurdles, the development of necessary capabilities, and the importance of ongoing support.
About Daniel
Daniel joined Mintra in 2023. He is an accomplished Learning and Development leader with a background in Maritime, Oil & Gas and Renewable sector training with a unique combination of learning expertise and deep understanding of industry challenges positioning him to lead the strategic development of projects, services and innovations for Mintra and their customers. His focus on immersive learning and bringing a performance consultancy framework to the business underscores our commitment to transforming learning through innovation and outcome-based processes.
