Mintra has been recognised for its OCS HR – Workforce Management Solution, setting the standard in safety as well as compliance. Through regular communication and the annual System User Forums, Mintra has bridged the gap between legislation and its implementation to improve safety onboard. The OCS HR – Workforce Management Solution is unique in its integration with Mintra’s learning management system Trainingportal, allowing maritime customers to share information about a safety incident and roll out critical training within minutes.
Mintra’s newly released OCS HR Shift Planner module has the power to transform the way in which shallow water vessels approach safety by supporting the automated surveillance of International Time and Rest regulations, one of many of its key features.

Mintra has been shortlisted at the eight consecutive SAFETY4SEA awards and the winners in each category will be chosen based on the results of open voting by the public and an industry panel of selected experts.
The award will be announced at a dedicated special virtual event on Wednesday, 18th of October 2023.
