Mintra’s internal people competency framework and solution has been shortlisted in the prestigious Hr NETWORK National Awards for Learning and Development of the Year.
The Hr NETWORK National Awards judging panel found that Mintra’s competency framework, delivered through learning management system Trainingportal, is well tailored to meet Mintra’s organisational needs and reflects its values.
The judges also reviewed evidence of plans, ambitions and commitment by Mintra to support the global team in reaching their full potential.

The most recent award nomination comes on the heels of Mintra also being shortlisted in the 2023 s1jobs Recruitment Awards in the Best Employer, less than 200 employees, category.
The winners of the 16th Hr NETWORK National Awards will be announced at a Gala Dinner to be held at the Glasgow Hilton on Thursday 9th November 2023. Attracting around 750 HR and people professionals the event is known for recognising, acknowledging and rewarding the champions of the HR profession.
Hr NETWORK is ‘The Hub’ of Scottish HR and people development bringing together Scotland’s most influential human resource and business professionals across all sectors in Scotland.
