Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 70%.

• Recognise what is meant by the term ‘flammable range’ and common types of liquefied gas fires

• Recall the basic chemistry of fire and the different methods that can be used to extinguish a fire

• Recognise basic principles of fire management
