Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 70%.
• Explain the goals, structure and application of the Polar Code
• State what additional hazards vessels face in polar waters
• Demonstrate how the Polar Code addresses the increased risk to the safety of seafarers and passengers in polar waters
• Identify how the Polar Code deals with the protection of the sensitive polar environment
