The new functionality provides a complete overview of training and competence across the business as well as supporting everyone in managing their own requirements. The solution supports eLearning, development programmes and training packages. Using the OCS Self Service interface, employees can enrol on courses directly or make an enrolment request.
The module includes a quick search functionality which allows specific competencies to be identified within the business.
