The annual gathering is a unique opportunity to collaborate with other system users from across industries and geographies. Share your knowledge and experience, gain insights from industry peers and our technical experts and help steer the development of these systems for the benefit of all.

Last year's 2022 System User Forum welcomed over 140 attendees representing 50 organisations from across Norway and beyond.

Delegates comprised managers from HR & Crewing (45%), Payroll & Accounting (28%) and Training & Competence (19%).

The event featured 19 presentations, panel and workshop sessions and an exhibition from a selection of Mintra's partners including Amex Global Business Travel, ARuVR, ATPI Marine & Energy, Bureau Veritas Solutions - Marine & Offshore and Everbridge.

Forum Program

Based on 2022 delegate feedback, we have extended this year's format to run over two days. The event will start later and end earlier to accommodate flight times.

Day 1 - 06/09/23 - 11:00 CET start

Registration will be open in the morning and the event will start at 11:00 CET with a light buffet lunch and the 'Welcome' session at 12:00 noon CET in 'THE MUSIC' main hall. The conference will be split across two main areas of presentations, workshops and system demos as well as an exhibition from Mintra partners in the common area. There will be refreshment breaks throughout the afternoon and the final session of Day 1 will conclude at 16:00 CET.

Day 1 - 06/09/23 - Dinner - 18:30 CET start

All attendees are invited to a private three-course dinner and entertainment at the hotel with arrival drinks served at 18:30 CET in the 'PAUSE' common area. Seating for dinner will begin at 19:00 CET. Dinner Menu

Day 2 - 07/09/23 - 08:30 CET start

Morning sessions will start at 08:30 with 'Healthy and Sweet' refreshments provided on arrival. There will be refreshments breaks throughout the day and a buffet lunch will be served at 11:30 CET. Afternoon sessions will start at 13:00 CET and the final session of the conference will conclude at 15:00 CET.

Thomas Henschien is a former news anchor and head of The TV2 News Channel. He has moderated numerous international conferences and mixes his background from the news industry with his managerial and board experience in both conventional and tech businesses. Thomas has also developed his own communication courses for media, and guest lectured in Business Communication at NHH (Norway’s leading business school).

Our technical experts present our Case study systems demos. They focus on real-world scenarios and provide step-by-step walkthroughs of how our systems are utilised.

In the Development road maps sessions, we review the improvements we have implemented over the last 12 months, share usage insights and user feedback and discuss the future development plans for the next 12 months and beyond.



Knowledge-share workshops with our technical experts are designed for maximum interaction and allow open discussion and knowledge-sharing amongst attendees. The Workshops have an overall product-related theme, but there is an opportunity to both post and vote on questions via our question feed prior to and during the event.
