We want to hire the best talent the market has to offer, so we have a few stages in our interview process to make sure that we pick the right talent, and that the right talent picks us.
For anyone who successfully passes the screening call with our talent team, you will be invited to a virtual interview. Here is a loose guide as to what that process might look like:

We know our interview process is more in depth than some others, but we have good reason. We are really proud of the team we currently have, and they have set the bar high for future Mintraverts.
Our interview process has been designed for us to truly assess your skillset and ensure you are a good fit for the role, but likewise also it’s been designed to allow you to assess if we suit you. We know Mintra isn't going to be for everyone and that's ok!
We have the multiple stages as we don't feel either side can truly know if they match in just one interview.
We know interviews aren't everyone's strong point, so to help ensure we don't miss out on top talent, we often ask candidates to conduct a task. But don't worry, we make them fun & relevant for the role you have applied for.
