An updated version of OCS HR – Mintra’s flagship human capital management software solution– has been launched, reflecting changes in international payroll.
The latest release contains specific, important updates for payroll in the UK with the start of the new tax year on April 1. Users will find the platform now includes the 2021/22 threshold rates for income tax personal allowance and National Insurance, along with changes to the rules on student loan earnings in Scotland.
Customers using OCS HR to process payroll requirements in the UAE will find a new report on the Wages Protection System (WPS) – the system to which all employers must subscribe and use to pay staff salaries in order to avoid penalties.
The latest launch – the second major update to OCS HR functionality this year – also includes an updated Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POAE) contract for seafarers from the Philippines.
