Morten Broch, Product Manager, Mintra.
Mintra is proud to present at and sponsor the upcoming 28th Maritime HR & Crew Management Summit. This year’s event will take place in London from 19-20 October 2022 and Mintra will be presenting alongside leading industry experts. The event’s main themes revolve around crew wellbeing within the context of recent global crises, technology advancements, policy development, and the future of the industry.
Morten Broch, Mintra’s Product Manager for the complete crew management solution OCS, will be speaking about bridging the gap between land-based HR departments and maritime personnel.
Many shipowners experience a disconnect between the needs and requirements of personnel on vessels to those of the head office. It’s not uncommon for crucial career development, compliance and career planning tasks set by HR teams to fall between the cracks as operational duties are given priority. Modern technology can realign perspectives and simplify communication
