Morten is an experienced management consultant and a commissioned Marine Officer with 10 years’ service with the Royal Norwegian Navy. Prior to joining Mintra, Morten worked as a Training Manager at the world's largest offshore drilling contractor, Transocean. His experience offshore has shaped his passion to deliver solutions which make a difference to the lives of seafarers as well as the wider maritime sector.
