Mintra shortlisted for ‘L&D Supplier of the Year’ at the Personnel Today Awards
Mintra is delighted to announce it has been shortlisted for ‘L&D Supplier of the Year’ at the Personnel Today Awards 2024. This nomination comes as recognition of Mintra’s large-scale collaboration with Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) to deliver digital training to their 20,000+ seafarers.
Mintra was enlisted by BSM as they had a critical need to streamline their digital learning content. The solution was Trainingportal – Mintra's market-leading learning and competence management system. The platform not only enabled the delivery of role-specific training, but also offered BSM the technology to continue training across remote locations with zero internet.
In addition, the integration of Trainingportal with BSM’s crewing database created a unified interface which significantly improved operational efficiency. BSM is now delivering continuous training to thousands of seafarers worldwide (including in remote offshore locations).
