Mintra has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for a second consecutive year. The Feefo award is an independent seal of excellence in recognition of exceptional service to online customers over a 12-month period. The assessment has been made based on authentic feedback collected across Mintra.com's online customer base who purchased eLearning courses in 2022.
Mintra.com was launched in December 2020 and the website’s e-commerce functionality has been designed specifically for individuals and teams that require immediate access to eLearning courses. Customers can test whether the learning solutions are right for them through ‘try before you buy’ product demonstrations.
More than 80% of Mintra’s customer reviews have a Feefo service rating of over 4.5 out of a possible 5 and have provided positive feedback on the end-to-end purchase process and the quality of the courses bought.
