Mintra has achieved Learning Technologies Gold Standard Accreditation from the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) for the 16th consecutive year, securing a perfect score across all six assessment categories.
The independent assessment awarded Mintra 100% across Business Integrity, Client Value Proposition, Marketing & Sales, Delivery Capability, Quality Management and Financial Stability. The award gives customers in safety-critical industries assurance that Mintra is continuously improving and delivering quality learning and workforce management technology at the highest standards across every aspect of its business.
Kevin Short, CEO of Mintra, said: "Achieving Gold Standard Accreditation for the 16th consecutive year is a proud moment for everyone at Mintra. It reflects our commitment to high standards and to helping customers build safer, more capable and more resilient workforces."

In safety-critical industries, confidence isn't built on claims alone. Whether organisations are selecting a learning provider, implementing new technology or managing workforce competence, they need assurance that the solutions they rely on have been independently assessed and meet recognised standards.
Independent accreditation plays an important role. It provides objective validation that a business has the governance, expertise, technology and processes to deliver value for its customers. In sectors where competence, compliance and operational performance are closely linked, that independent scrutiny helps organisations make informed decisions and build long-term confidence in the partners they choose.
The LPI's Gold Standard Accreditation is one of the learning technology sector's most respected independent benchmarks. Rather than assessing products or platforms in isolation, it evaluates the organisation as a whole, from strategy and governance to customer value, delivery capability, financial sustainability, as well as the ability to achieve measurable business outcomes. To retain Gold Standard status, organisations must demonstrate continuous improvement year after year.
Commitment to continuous improvement has shaped Mintra's journey over the past 16 years.
Ed Monk, CEO, the LPISixteen years of continuous accreditation is a remarkable achievement and reflects Mintra’s sustained commitment to quality, innovation and client value. "

Today, Mintra supports more than three million workers across over 130 countries with an integrated portfolio of digital learning, competency management and workforce management solutions. As customer needs have evolved, so too has the business. What began as a provider of digital learning has grown into a workforce readiness partner, helping organisations build competence, strengthen compliance and improve operational performance through a connected digital ecosystem.
The independent assessment recognised this evolution and acknowledged Mintra’s continued investment in helping organisations prepare for emerging industry challenges, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, alternative fuels, behavioural safety and leadership development.
The accreditation reflects a year of significant progress across the business. During the assessment period, Mintra strengthened its position as a Core Leader in the Fosway 9-Grid™ for Digital Learning for 2025 and 2026, as well as being recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second consecutive year. These achievements, alongside continued investment in technology and strategic growth, demonstrate Mintra's commitment to delivering long-term value for customers while creating an environment where its people can thrive.
Importantly, the assessment also examined the impact Mintra delivers for its customers. Gold Standard Accreditation requires evidence beyond internal measures, including independently endorsed customer case studies that demonstrate measurable business outcomes. This year, Mintra retained its accreditation with no outstanding actions from previous assessments and no unresolved customer quality issues, reinforcing the trust it has built with organisations around the world.
Ed Monk, CEO, the LPI: “Sixteen years of continuous accreditation is a remarkable achievement and reflects Mintra’s sustained commitment to quality, innovation and client value. Retaining the Gold Standard makes this milestone even more significant. On behalf of the LPI, I congratulate the entire Mintra team and look forward to seeing them continue to set a high standard for learning technology.”
Looking ahead, Mintra remains focused on helping customers respond to industry change with practical support that connects workforce competence, compliance and operational readiness.
Kevin Short: “As our industry continues to evolve, we remain committed to arming our customers with the knowledge, systems and confidence they need to meet new challenges safely and effectively. That commitment has shaped Mintra over many years and is what this accreditation continues to represent.”
