Mintra’s CTO, Siren Berge will be participating in Workshop 3 titled “Building a Sustainable Maritime Workforce through Training”, on Friday 11th of October at 10:00 am. This workshop aims to explore the critical role of maritime training in fostering a sustainable and resilient maritime workforce. As the maritime industry faces evolving challenges such as environmental sustainability, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, there is a pressing need to enhance the skills and knowledge of maritime professionals. The workshop will be concluded with a tour of the BSM MTC.
