Mintra is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring complete satisfaction with the purchase of our online products and services. Mintra.com is designed to provide fast and simple access to online training courses and certificates. Our courses include the option to demo before you purchase, allowing the end user to check device compatibility and sample the course first.

Course License Refund:

For course licenses purchased on mintra.com, customers are eligible for a refund up until the course is accessed; or the course license time period lapses; or where such period is not specified, within 14 days from purchase of the course. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from when the request for refund was received and confirmed by Mintra.

Changes to the enrolled learner:

Changes to the name and/or email address of an enrolled learner are permitted only if the course has not yet been accessed.
