Who is the course for?

This Active Shooter Training course is aimed at individuals working in any industry who may find themselves caught up in an active shooter incident.

Is previous experience required?

An active shooter – an individual who is actively engaged in killing people – could attack anywhere, at any time. Although it's unlikely that you would be involved in such an incident, it is important to be prepared so that you can react safely. This course will give you a basic understanding of active shooter incidents and how to respond.
The knowledge gained in this course will help you to identify potentially dangerous situations and to respond effectively if you are ever caught up in an incident. The course also describes how to identify suitable cover and hiding places.
