Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 70%.

• Identify common uses of compressed air
• Give examples of the risks associated with the use of compressed air
• Identify the different types and sizes of compressors
• Explain how a typical air compressor operates
• Identify the need for controlling compressed air quality through cooling, drying and filtration
• Identify the different types of protection systems that may be in place
