• Indicate common inclusion criteria for sustainable investments/operations

• Outline measures a company can take to protect the environment

• Explain why transparency matters and describe how a company can be transparent

• Describe how we can bridge our own needs as a company with those of the local communities

• Describe the basics of whistleblowing and identify situations that justify whistleblowing

• Conclude that new ways of thinking must be part of the solution
