It targets both experienced crew members and individuals responsible for enclosed space entry and rescue tasks, providing valuable insight into the decision-making, teamwork, and safety behaviours critical to these high-risk operations.

Is previous experience required?

No prior experience is strictly required to take this course. It is designed to benefit both new and experienced crew members alike. • You will practice real-time responses in realistic scenarios involving risk assessment, communication, PPE use, and emergencies

• You'll receive a personalised performance report on your decisions to help you reflect, identify strengths, and uncover any areas for improvement

• It sharpens instincts and helps prevent behavioural lapses that often occur under pressure

How will the course benefit my company?

• It enhances crew safety performance, reducing the risk of fatalities and accidents.

• Provides behavioural insights and feedback that can inform targeted support or further training.

• Keeps experienced crews engaged and alert, reducing complacency.

• Demonstrates a proactive safety culture, going beyond compliance toward real behavioural change.
